Teaching ... Learning ... Experimenting
I am looking to work, experiment or perfect various Web/Multimedia Technologies covering the Front End development and some aspects of the Back End such as integrating templates with the CMS.
I have been teaching Mathematics, Programming, Algorithmic and IT (MSO) for 12 years in an academic and continuing education environment in France. I have moved towards IT by graduating in Computer Sciences and specialising in Web/Multimedia.
Tecnical skills
For the last few years, my expertise implies Front End technicalities using XHTML/CSS/JQuery, conforming the W3C standards and integrating templates with various CMS such as Drupal (PHP) or Rhythmyx (Velocity).
I have worked on various multimedia projects in order to cover a large range of technologies such as:
- XHTML/CSS, XML/XSLT, Flash/ActionScript
- PHP/MySQL
- Editing and encoding from DVD to QuickTime format
- Printed or emailed newsletters
To make my work accessible to all users (despite differences in culture, education, ability, resources, and physical limitations), I make sure that my code is validated by W3C, conformed Guidelines of Accessibility and compatible across platforms/browsers.
I am always looking to improve my skills and work with new technologies.
