My favourite activity ... process video and audio formats ... and the more difficult for me because I didn't have a clue of how to process them and I had to learn a lot about this topic.

Streaming video online

FAIL (the browser should render some quicktime movie content, not this).

How to get and watch a movie online without waiting ages before it has been completely downloaded ... streaming media. To allow that on Playstylz and Jeremy Bueno websites, I had to convert and edit videos from a DVD format to a QuickTime format via Adobe Premiere, QuickTime and as well DivX converter softwares.

Video/Audio's features

  • 1 - converting the DVD to a .avi and .mp3 format files
  • 2 - editing, cutting, synchronising and designing audio and video sequences ... that's my favourite part of the job
  • 3 - converting and compressing to the .mov format ... the more difficult because of the codecs, finding the ones that will give a clean result in term and getting the best compression rates
  • compression specificities: AAC, H.264, hinted streaming
  • used softwares: QuickTime and Adobe Premiere
