IT Tasks
- Access Database - Word/Excel:
Analysis (MERISE) and development of the database that manages via a Graphic User Interface courses/students/examination, procedures/documentation (in-house, with Waltham Forest College and Cambridge University). In order to provide design and structure information on this system, I have written a developers and users documentation. - Multimedia:
DV transfer & editing to DVD providing a work support to tutors on the Speaking & Listening Mock Examination. - First step on line for LW:

PCs Implementation (partitions: system, swap, data) & maintenance.
Admin Tasks
- Monitoring courses, examination and documentation (in-house & external).
- Processing enrolments with Waltham Forest College and examination entries with Cambridge University.
- Liaising with Waltham Forest College and Cambridge University regarding procedures, updates, documentation and training.
- Providing information, support and assistance to tutors and students.
- Producing reports and stats in terms of attendance, enrolments, examination entries, and success based on examination results.
- General administrative duties such as phoning, filing, updating, mailing, timesheets editing.
